MONITORING 24/7
An operator looks at the picture before calling.
When an alarm triggers, someone first checks what is happening on screen. Only then does the protocol start. That is the difference between an alarm that notifies and an alarm that protects.
FOUR STEPS
- Detection. A sensor or camera registers an event and sends a signal to the centre.
- Verification on screen. An operator opens the picture from the site and checks whether it is a real event.
- Your call list. If it is, the centre calls down the list you defined — in the order you set.
- Report. You receive a record of the event and the steps taken.
Response times and intervention protocol are defined by the monitoring contract.

- 24/365 coverage.

- Operator verification on screen, before any escalation.
- An app with live view and archive.
- A monthly report.
- Data-handling processes per ISO 27001 — per the company's own claims.
ALREADY HAVE A SYSTEM?
Already have cameras and an alarm? In most cases the existing system can be connected to the centre without replacing equipment. After an inspection we tell you exactly what is needed.
PEOPLE IN THE CENTRE
The centre is staffed by people who have done this work before. Per the company's own claims, the team includes former police officers and IT specialists. They watch the picture, verify events and call down your list — and every action is logged.
What about false alarms?
That is why verification exists. The operator looks at the picture first. If there is no break-in, the event is logged without disturbing you or the police.
Can I connect my existing alarm?
In most cases, yes. We look at the existing system, assess what can be linked and tell you before anything changes.
What if the internet goes down?
The link to the centre has a mobile backup. A lost connection is itself a tracked event, so the site does not go unwatched.
Your system already sees. Let someone watch it too. Send a request for connection or an assessment, or call.
