An employee identifies at a terminal, and the system builds the payroll table. No spreadsheets, no manual card copying, no disputes over who arrived when. Our cloud attendance platform has, per the company's claims, been running since 2010.
FOUR STEPS
- Identification. Card, fingerprint or NFC at the terminal.
- Transfer to the base. The terminal sends data over an HTTPS web service.
- Rules and shifts. The system applies shifts, breaks and overtime.
- Payroll report. A table ready for the pay run.
TWO OPTIONS
CLOUD:
- No server of your own.
- A separate base per client.
- A daily data copy.
- Paid by use.
OWN SERVER:
- Private licences on your server.
- You maintain the system.
- Makes sense when internal rules forbid outside hosting.
- The base can be transferred.

Do I need my own IT?
For the cloud option, no. For an own server, you need someone to maintain the server and base.
Do you work with multiple locations?
Yes. Terminals from several locations send data to one base, so the table is unified.
Who sees the data?
Only named accounts. Per the company's claims, data processes follow ISO 27001.
