QUEUE MANAGEMENT
A queue that is orderly, not crowded.
A queue system that issues numbers, directs people to counters and shortens waiting. For counters, administration and service buildings.
WHEN IT HELPS, WHEN IT DOESN'T
It makes sense when:
- Counters are crowded and waiting is unclear.
- You need to direct people to the right counter.
- You want online booking alongside the queue system.
- The building has several services and counters.
It doesn't when:
- Visits are few and no queue forms.
- There are not enough counters to direct to.
- You expect the system to replace staff.
FOUR STEPS
- Take a number. The visitor takes a number at a kiosk.
- Direction. The system assigns the number to a counter.
- Call. A display calls the number to the counter.
- Record. The system logs waiting and handling.
SYSTEM ELEMENTS
- Queue kiosk. Issues numbers.
- Displays. Show the number and counter.
- Software. Queue management and reports.
- Online booking. QR and appointment booking.
- Cloud. An option to run in the cloud.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE, NOT AN OFFER
